A useful plant for covering up anything ugly or unsightly - in the garden that is. Self clinging aerial roots clamber along walls, up fences, water tanks etc. Small juvenile foliage is an attractive bronze green. Grow in sun/part shade and needs protection from harsh frost. Evergreen.

This is a plant that I am never without in the garden. I prefer the small mature leaves and usually trim off the more mature rangy growth. Creeping Fig does not like harsh frost and will show signs of some stress in very cold winters but usually recovers well.

Tea. A trouble free rose that blooms profusely from spring through to autumn. The fragrant blooms are double, quartered and a blend of cherry red and salmon pink. Foliage is blue-green. Nice to pick. Compact habit, minimal pruning, loves the sun. From France 1878.

In ideal conditions this rose may require support due to height.

This bright little shrub will add 'sunshine yellow' to your garden in late winter when not much else is in bloom. A fast grower with bright green evergreen foliage that clips well. The pea shaped yellow flowers appear from late winter to early spring. Happy in a well drained sunny spot.

Austin Rose. In order to be named after this famous gardener you know this has to be a great rose. Rich deep pink, cup shaped flowers with petals that are arranged in a spiral. Powerful fragrance, repeat flowering and very striking in full bloom. A nursery favourite. Voted world's Favourite rose in 2025 by World Federation of Rose Societies.

Floribunda. A multi award winning rose including one for fragrance so you 'nose' it is going to smell divine! The flowers are a beautiful soft burnt-orange blend that age to pink and appear in regular clusters. The foliage shows excellent disease resistance.

A most appealing shade of burnt orange flowers with a lovely sweet fruity fragrance, that age to pink. The compact bushy plant of approximately 90cm repeat flowers well and has large attractive leaves that are disease resistant. Award winner.

Hybrid Perpetual. Very large, fragrant, creamy white blooms with a lemon blush at the base. Handsome leathery foliage. This rose has a strong upright habit and with few thorns. Flowers appear from summer to autumn. France 1885.

Hybrid Tea. Gorgeous blooms of deep gold, tinged with copper appear reliably and regularly on this free flowering upright bush. Good disease resistance. A trouble free rose that has remained a firm favourite since 1983 for a very good reason - it's a 'goodie'.

Floribunda. An unusual rose with large clusters of pink buds that open to chartreuse-green blooms with hints of buff and pink. Quite a vigorous grower and to quote Rosarian Peter Beales 'good for cutting and conversation'. Would look good in a container.
