Enough silverbeet for each serving
Fresh ground pepper
A sprig or two of rosemary
Wash silverbeet in cold water. Trim stalks and discard. Melt butter in pan with rosemary and add leaves chopped with pepper and salt. Cook until tender, drain, remove rosemary and serve immediately.
