Floribunda. A surprising rose with gorgeous long white buds that open to reveal interiors of bright scarlet off set by the white reverse. The regular clusters of semi-double flowers have an unusual pinwheel form and carry a soft fragrance. Glossy green, disease resistant foliage. PVR 2006.
