Darkest red buds open to reveal large red blooms that are delightfully fluted and ruffled. A very generous rose with an abundance of blooms from spring until autumn. The nice light fragrance combined with high health and vigor resulted in this rose being awarded NZ Rose of the Year in the 2008 trials. It's worth finding a space for. 1994 PVR.
PJs Rose We are not expecting to have this plant in the foreseeable future Floribunda. Like any self respecting 'Playboy' this rose makes sure it is always the centre of attention. The almost single flowers are tones of brilliant orange, scarlet and yellow. Nice glossy foliage and of course smells good too. Use to add boldness to your planting schemes. 1976.
