Hybrid Tea. This Rose is AKA 'Simply the Best' and that certainly describes it well. Dark green glossy foliage and the most beautiful warm copper-orange-bronze blooms that emit a powerful musky fragrance. Mr McGredy does it again. Excellent cut flower.

Hybrid Tea. This early flowering rose has large, multi-petalled blooms that open from nice, big, fat pink buds. The flowers turn red and have just a hint of lemon at the base. Generous with bloom, sweetly scented and overall a tolerant and reliable rose. PVR 1981

Hybrid Tea. A very striking rose with long slender buds that open to reveal bright orange petals with a yellow reverse. The contrast in colour fades as the bloom opens out. Nice dark glossy foliage which is generally healthy. The long stems and soft fragrance make this rose perfect to pick. 1985.

Hybrid Tea. An outstanding classic shaped rose chosen to honour the 125th Jubilee of Nelson College for Girls. The blooms are a creamy apricot tinged with pink and set beautifully against dense, glossy, green disease resistant foliage. A tall vigorous grower. PVR

Nelson Girls was bred by Chris Warner of England and named in 2006 by importer Tasman Bay Roses.
