Lavandula. The early blooming 'Violet Lace' has an upright, yet open habit and offers lots of purple flowers with grayish pale rosy purple bracts. It is highly fragrant and blooms over a long period of time in the heat of summer. Highly drought resistant. Evergreen.

This lavender was bred in Melbourne and is perfect for container culture and hot sunny borders.
