Japanese Maple. A small growing Maple thats been grown in a twist spiral,with delicate, dissected lacy foliage in fresh green with the odd hint of yellow in spring. Autumn colour is yellow-orange prior to fall. Pretty in the garden or a special container. Prefers a sheltered spot away from harsh wind and sun. Deciduous.

"Koto-No-Ito" means harp strings, and it has been named as such because of it's narrow strap like leaves that dance in the wind. The green leaves change to yellow and orange in autumn. This tree has a rounded, dense habit. Prefers moist well drained soil and full sun. Deciduous.
