Robinia, native to the eastern United States, is a stunning ornamental tree that adds the “wow” factor in the garden.

Robinias are a very upright tree with a straight trunk and a very graceful appearance. The leaves form in pairs on either side along a delicate spine; new spring leaves are lush and bright in shades of yellow, lime and green.


The leaf layering format give the trees a “lace-like” appearance, particularly when there’s a gentle breeze moving them around.

Bella's Gold has golden yellow foliage with contrasting red stems that forms a 'lollipop' ball of foliage on a straight stem. Good for small gardens and can be grown in a container. Prefers a sheltered position with well drained soil. Trim regularly if you wish to keep the round shape. Deciduous.
