Outstanding NZ native that forms a handsome spreading tree. Large, glossy, light green dissected foliage. Sprays of rusty red woolly flowers appear in summer followed by scarlet berries with jet black seeds. Will grow in quite exposed conditions but protect from harsh frost. Evergreen.

This pink native Kaka Beak is a fast growing semi-evergreen shrub with fern-like leaves that decorate the arching branches. In spring and summer suspended clusters of 'Kaka Beak' shaped flowers in lovely rose-pink appear. The nectar filled blooms are loved by birds. Protect from harsh frost.

Native. An unusual Rata - Pohutukawa cross discovered on Great Barrier Island. Nice dark green foliage and scarlet red flowers in summer. Fairly compact habit. Plant in the sun in well drained soil and protect from harsh frost. Evergreen.
