A vigorous deciduous climber producing up to 1 metre long racemes of light fragrant mauve-blue to purple blooms, with a delicate yellow accent spot in early summer, followed by graceful turning shoots with long dark green pinnate leaves. Deciduous.

Make sure it has a good support to climb as it can be vigorous.
