Cider apple. Now if you like Cider and why wouldn't you then this apple is a 'must have'. Valued for producing a slow-fermenting, full-bodied, quality 'hard' cider. The fruit are small, dark and maroon in colour with a 'bittersharp' flavour. Note this is not an eating apple. Deciduous.
