Desirable, weeping form of the highly ornamental Mulberry tree. The glossy large heart shaped leaves always look fresh. Small edible fruits appear in spring and are loved by birds! Berries are red, almost black when ripe. Give this special tree the space to spread its lovely pendulous branch formation. Deciduous.

Dark red/black fruit, similar to boysenberry but about 15mm long. Fruit from 2 years on year old wood. Fast growing deciduous tree with large oval serrated leaves. Flowers in spring, Harvest in summer. Easy to grow in a sunny position. Self fertile. Deciduous.

Flowers appear early spring. Small yellow/green pendulous catkins separate male and female. The male is more slender than the female. Both appear on the one tree. Self fertile and wind pollination. More than one tree will increase fruit set. Harvest - spread a cloth beneath the tree and let fruit drop onto it. Harvest over 3 months, daily collection is best.

Black Mulberry has sweet, intense, blackish red fruit approx 2cm long which mature in late spring/early summer. Quite juicy. Good flavour. Warning the birds love them! Lovely heart shaped, glossy green leaves dress the well shaped ornamental tree. Quite easy to grow in a sunny position. Deciduous.

Quick growing round headed small tree with large, deeply lobed, evergreen leaves. Bright yellow, delicious fruit about the size of a small apple are produced, usually within 2 years. Harvest in late winter, early spring when fruit is yellow and softened.

Recommended to plant 2 or more for a successful cross pollination. Male and Female flowers on 1 plant but might not be present simultaneously.

AKA as Chilean Guava or NZ Cranberry. A reliable little shrub with tight small leaves in an attractive bronze green shade. Little white flowers in spring are followed by fragrant edible berries. Easy to grow, clips well so can be used for topiary or hedging. Evergreen.

Fresh eating papaya has a sweet, musky, zesty aroma. Full of goodness. Tree has a spreading form with a leaf similar in shape to oak leaves. Prune to maintain shape and height. Fruits in April/May. It is recommended to plant two Papaya either the same, or different varieties for cross pollination. Sub Tropical. Deciduous.

The Passionfruit vine has attractive mauve and white flowers that turn into yummy round dark purple fruit at the end of summer. To do well your vine must be in a sunny, sheltered, well-drained position. Though self-fertile will often do better when 2 are planted together. Evergreen.
