Hybrid. Desirable for the upright slender growth habit. Small, scented, single pure white flowers with golden stamens appear from autumn through to lateb spring. These are offset against very dark green foliage. Ideal for driveway and group planting. Happiest in semi shade. Evergreen.

I have a group of these growing against a grey fence in the garden, they are remarkably tolerant of heat and sun though I am sure they would be happier in part shade. Even though the situation is less than ideal they flower for months. Information Page

Native. Ake Ake. A no fuss evergreen foliage shrub that can be used for hedging or background planting. The slightly wavy leaves are shaded purple and bronze and will have better colour if not over-fed or pampered. Will grow just about anywhere except full shade. Evergreen.
