Sasanqua. Little and lovely this Camellia has small leaves and masses of tiny informal white flowers that are flushed pink. Especially suited for low hedges or container planting. Happiest in morning sun or semi-shade. Evergreen. PVR.

Sasanqua. A lovely little Camellia with, scented, semi-double blooms. The buds are quite pink but magically open to silky white blooms with just a hint of pink on the edges. 'Pure Silk' has a strong upright growth habit and whilst it is happy in semi-shade this Camellia can cope with sun. Evergreen.

aka Japanese Holly

Fabulous form and foliage make this Holly a useful and desirable plant. Growing naturally upright and columnar it looks great in containers or used as an accent point. Happy in sun or part shade. Small white flowers followed by black berries but these are fairly inconspicuous. Evergreen.

This is also a useful plant where a narrow screen or hedge is required, it will do the job without dominating or becoming a constant trimming problem.

A compact shrub with quite coarse green foliage, carmine red buds appear in late winter and open to white blooms tinged pink. Flowers are lightly perfumed and followed by dark blue berries. Easy to grow in sun or light shade. Responds well to pruning. Evergreen.

This tough little Aussie shrub looks good even when neglected. Dark green rosemary like foliage that forms a spreading mound, masses of white flowers that appear mainly in spring. Likes the sun but will tolerate some shade. Must have good drainage. Evergreen.
