Japanese Anemone. A beautiful perennial with dark green foliage and tall stems of pure white open faced flowers that emerge from tight little buds. The flowers appear from summer to autumn and have a simple, sweet beauty. Likes the sun and good drainage. Perennial.

This is a tough and hardy and spreads by strong fibrous roots so give it room to spread and you will be well rewarded.

Sasanqua. This cheerful little Camellia just smothers itself in bright red single flowers from winter through to spring. The flowers are offset with prominent gold stamens. Slow growing with a compact habit. Ideal for containers, hedging or brightening up a dull corner of the garden. Evergreen.

Japanese Cedar. A fast growing and robust Conifer that is useful for screens and shelter belts and highly valued in the Orient as a timber tree. Forms a stately pyramidal tree if left untrimmed with curved needle foliage in green and bronze tones. Evergreen.

Well you will be 'plum delighted' with this fabulous foliage shrub that looks good all year round. The neat oval leaves are a rich bronze maroon shade, in spring shaggy bright pink flowers start to appear and decorate the somewhat pendulous branches. Grow in the sun or part shade. Evergreen.

AKA 'The Fringe Flower' Loropetalum is in the same family as 'Witch Hazel'. It has quite a broad habit but responds well to trimming if you wish the shrub to have a more rounded shape.
