Rhododendron. Large rose pink buds open out to funnel shaped, frilly blooms of pale pink that gradually fade to almost white. The blooms start to appear in winter, nice compact growth habit. Plant in dappled light with acid soil and mulch annually to keep the roots cool. Avoid Lime. Evergreen.
