Floribunda. Standard. Single Bud With a name like Hot Topic you just knew this rose had red or orange in it's blooms. Well, it has both. The orange petals have a flush of red as they age and yellow stamens finish the picture. Gorgeous dark green leaves make the perfect compliment. Bred in NZ by Rob Somerfield.
