An upright shrub with large, glossy narrow elliptical leaves that are dark green. Produces blooms of 13-16 deep red funnel-shaped flowers marked with black spots on all lobes. November flowering. Ideal conditions are morning sun and afternoon shade in acidic soil and mulched through hot Summers.
