Now this is really special. A unique form of Liquidambar with a dense, rounded habit. The fresh green summer foliage puts on a vibrant autumn display in tones of red and purple, holding well into winter. Grafted on to a standard that forms a characterful 'corky' trunk. Deciduous.

Liquidambar prefer a deeply worked soil that does not dry out completely in summer. Overall relatively easy and trouble free.

An attractive and easy care shrub with arching branches of deep burgundy wine foliage. In spring and summer dark pink 'fringed' flowers appear and these carry a pleasant fragrance. Easy to grow in sun or part shade, prefers well drained soil. Presented here as a topiary standard.

An interesting shrub with neat oval leaves that are shaded in tones of burgundy and deep green. The shaggy bright pink 'fringed' flower heads appear in spring. The growth habit is slightly lax and pendulous. Easy to grow in sun or part shade. Prefers a slightly acid soil. Evergreen.

Citrus. Medium sized, rich flavoured, aromatic fruit that is easy to peel. Tends to crop heavily every 2nd year. The fruit is mature from June through to August. Quite vigorous in habit but nice and bushy. Can be grown in a container in a warm sunny position as long as watered regularly. Evergreen.

This small evergreen tree is a real winner. Glossy green leathery foliage which always looks tidy. Clips well should you wish to consider using for topiary or hedging. Velvety brown buds open to the most deliciously scented little cream flowers in early spring. Easy to grow and quite tolerant.

This olive from Greece has a nice compact form making a good choice for topiary work. Attractive grey green foliage and small white flowers followed by heavy crops of small fruit that have good oil content. Happiest in the sun with protection from harsh wind. Standard. Evergreen.

Medium sized fruit, deep red flesh and rind with a bright red blush. Flavour is stronger and aroma is more intense than usual. Earliest ripening of the blood oranges but the longest to reach fruiting maturity. Few seeds. Plant in fertile soil, where this tree will get lots of sunshine. Evergreen
