Kandy kitchen is a smaller cultivar of Acer Palmatum and is presented here as a 40cm std. It's leaves are pink at first but mature to become green with a purplish hue. In Autumn they make a spectacular show when they turn brilliant red. Prefers a sheltered position and well-drained soil.
