2nd Early. A relatively new potato that was bred to combine the best of 'Maori' potatoes and 'European' potatoes. The result is a large potato with deep purple skin and flesh high in anti-oxidants. Quite different and delicious with a somewhat floury texture. Matures 80-90 days after planting.
