With long, wavy, blue-green leaf fronds this is a stuuning specimen to have in a hanging basket or pot/container in a sheltered position. Avoid draughts and loves to be mist sprayed on the foliage rather than watered. Can be used indoors and is an air-purifying plant.

aka Dwarf Date Palm

This delightful little palm is a favourite landscape item and is widely grown. It prefers a warm frost-free environment away from strong winds. It will tolerate full sun but it will do better with a little shade. Likes good drainage. Slow growing, looks great in a subtropical garden. Evergreen.

Displays perfectly in combination with other palms.

aka Pate, Seven Fingers

Pate. A NZ evergreen native forming a spreading tree with large deep green rather soft leaves with finely serrated margins. Large panicles of tiny greenish white flowers in summer, followed by white-purple berries. Requires a shady sheltered position, moist soils. Can also be grown as an indoor plant.

A trendy succulent houseplant. With its plump strings of pearls they can cascade down over the sides of any pot or can be hung in a basket and left to trail down or along a shelf or windowsill. When the pearls are healthy, they are firm to touch (test gently!).
