Picea abies or Norway spruce, is a species of spruce native to Northern, Central and Eastern Europe. It has branchlets that typically hang downwards, and the largest cones of any spruce, 9–17 cm long. Makes a lovely potted Christmas tree. Evergreen.

Keep your Abies in a container, and prune back to keep smaller and enjoy each Christmas!

The dwarf Alberta Spruce is a perfectly formed miniature forest tree with a strong conical outline. The fine needle like foliage is bright green deepening to grey-green. Sitka or Alaska Spruce. A slow growing elegant Conifer that always has a well groomed appearance. Sharp pointed, grey-green needles decorate ascending branches that have graceful pendulous tips. aka Pinenut or Roman Pine

Cultivated for over 6,000 years for delicious edible pine 'nuts'. The first cones which hold about 50 'nuts' will appear in approx. 6-10yrs. In the meantime you have a tree with a nice thick trunk topped off with a spreading umbrella of grey/green needles. Makes a great potted Xmas tree. Evergreen.

Synonymous with NZ forestry and 'Pine Tree Meads' this easy to grow and tolerant Conifer is actually from California. Quickly forms a handsome symmetrical tree with fresh green needles of foliage, quite ornamental but usually grown for timber. Hardy, evergreen.

Pinus radiata will tolerate poor soil, heat, wind, frost and drought but it does prefer good drainage to do well.
