Austin. An exquisitely beautiful DA rose. Peachy pink buds open to beautiful, white, chalice-shaped blooms, with a pinkish hue. Strong Old Rose fragrance has hints of almond blossom, cucumber and lemon zest. It forms a neat, rounded, bushy shrub.

Austin. New to Us 2024. Large clusters of rosette flowers. The multi-toned blooms of pink and peach will fade to a soft cream as the flowers age on the plant. The tightly petalled blooms have a delicious citrus fragrance and are borne on a nice healthy upright bush.

The name Gabriel Oak is from a fictional character in Thomas Hardy’s novel, Far from the Madding Crowd (1874). Gabriel was a skillful, hardworking, and honest young farmer who feel in love with the capricious heroine, Bathsheba Everdene.
