Floribunda. Named in France in honour of our Southern French town. The blooms display a range of colour tones as the flowers mature from soft pink to strong cherry to cerise with a white reverse, displayed in abundance and covering a compact bush. Repeats well.

Tea. An outstanding Rose with open flat flowers that have a multitude of petals. The blooms are a pleasing blend of pink, copper and soft orange. The foliage is dark and glossy and the stems have few thorns. A delightful fragrance and generosity of bloom complete the picture. France 1872.

This rose is sometimes confused with Monsieur Tillier and vice versa as they are very similar in appearance however they are definitely different. Archiduc Joseph was named after a great plant collector - Archduke Joseph of Austro-Hungary.

Hybrid Musk. Long arching sprays of single small pink blooms with a white centre and a soft fragrance. Very dainty and delightful, continuously in bloom. Good ornamental hips in autumn. Superb rose as shrub, pillar or standard. RHS AGM. 1937.

Floribunda. Blooms of berry-magenta shade that cover the bushy, compact growing plant. Very quick to repeat so will provide a great display of colour in the garden. Super easy to grow, the glossy green foliage is super healthy and will thrive under a no-spray situation. PVR

Hybrid Tea. This free flowering hybrid tea has lovely large full blooms of rich cream set against dark green foliage. The blooms have a light sweet scent. Nice dense habit and shows good disease resistance. Excellent for picking and exhibition. 1988.

This rose is also known as Caroline de Monaco and was named after Princess Caroline of Monaco after she selected the rose when visiting Meilland's Nursery in France.

aka Eternally Yours

Hybrid Tea. A rose with beautiful, large, shapely blooms of deep crimson-maroon with a hint of silver on the reverse of the petals. Nice light fragrance and good repeat flowering. Resistant to disease. 1994 AKA 'Eternally Yours'.

Moss Dark purple to crimson, colour may soften in strong light. Strong fragrance. Medium to large, double, quartered bloom form form mossed buds. Once blooming spring or summer. Grows to around 120 cm tall, can be trained as a climber. Very disease resistant. Bred by Jean Laffay (France, 1854).

Climber Large Flowered. The best description you could give this rose is 'that it's all good'. Double, quartered, full and fragrant blooms shaded a clear primrose yellow. Repeats well, nice hips in autumn if not completely dead headed. Excellent dark green, glossy foliage. Simply charming. 1963.

Hybrid Tea. Catherine has a soft pink, creamy buds which open into vibrant pink flowers. The blooms, have a lovely soft fragrance, and sparkle on bronze-green foliage. A hardy bush rose. Bred by Bob Matthews, and named for his wife.

Climber Noisette. A summer flowering small climber with spicy scented flowers of primrose yellow. The quartered frilly blooms have a green button eye. We have this in our garden and it performs well. Repeats intermittently until autumn. 1842.
