Floribunda. Well you will really get your groove on with this award winning NZ bred rose. The bright red blooms open with a patch of orange-yellow in the centre and on the reverse. This quickly fades leaving lightly scented 'painted' flowers of red and white set against dark foliage. 1988.

Climber. An historic rose (1807) named after Lady Banks, wife of Botanist Sir Joseph Banks. The semi-evergreen almost thornless canes grow to 4-6m with a fresh light green foliage. The late spring flowers are double, dainty, pure white and scented. A lovely little rose that likes a warm sheltered spot.

Shrub. This strongly growing shrub rose is a very reliable performer. Glossy dark green foliage and single flowers that are blush pink on the edges with a cream central zone. Nicely prominent golden stamens complete the picture. Fragrant flowers appear continuously throughout the summer. 1979.

This is a good rose to use for hedging as it is quite broad in habit being wider than it is tall.

Shrub. If you want a vigorous easy care rose that flowers its head off then 'Seafoam' would be hard to overlook. Floribunda. This NZ bred, multi award winning rose flowers continuously throughout the summer. The large clusters of blooms are beautiful, very double, and shaded a soft rose pink. Nice light perfume. An outstanding and deservedly popular rose with a lovely healthy compact bush. 1984

Sam McGredy named this rose after his friend the late Rex Hotchin who was not at all like a pretty pink floribunda but a good friend worthy of naming a beautiful rose after.

Hybrid Tea. A popular old hybrid tea with large flowers that have silky petals and a rich fragrance. The petals are a distinctive blend of orange, pink, salmon and soft yellow and contrast beautifully with the glossy green foliage. Hardy, vigorous and reliable, repeats well. 1924.

Austin. Small buds open to wide, perfect rosettes of bloom in a vivid hot pink shade. The colour intensifies as the bloom ages. This rose repeats well and has a nice light fragrance and a slightly arching habit. Generally healthy and well behaved.
