A dramatic large leafed Hosta that eventually forms a bold clump of wavy green foliage edged strongly in white. In summer stems of mauve bell shaped flowers stand above the foliage. Happy in semi-shaded position in soil that does not dry out in summer. Perennial.

Use this Hosta in large drifts under deciduous trees or by pond and stream margins. As with all Hostas it is best to practice slug and snail protection.

This hosta has distinctive powdery blue and heavily corrugated foliage. Leaves are very blue in spring and blue-green in summer. Leaves are crinkled and slightly rippled. Forms a very large mound of large attractive blue-green leaves. A great variety for breaking a lot of green in the garden.

This Hosta is a little different in that the variegated foliage has tones of burgundy at the base as do the flower stalks. The flowers are a deep purple shade. The foliage has tones of cream and green. Plant in a semi-shaded position in nice rich moist soil. Perennial. PVR.
