A good healthy climber, stunning in full bloom and award winning: Certificate of merit at the NZ Rose Society trials of 2022. There aren't a lot of hardy climbers with vibrant yellow blooms, so it's lovely to have this new option. Long stems and good for picking. Bred by Rob Somerfield of Tauranga. Climbing.

Hybrid Tea. A gorgeous and unusual rose that has shapely blooms of pale smokey beige overlaid with smokey lavender pink at the petal edges. Very popular. Free flowering with a nice spicy perfume. This roses colour is hard to describe and best seen. It is, however, one of my favourites. 1990.

This unusual rose combines well with other plants in the garden.

Hybrid Tea. The official rose of the NZ Red Cross bred by Sam McGredy. Medium sized blooms of brilliant, velvety red appear regularly on wide, long stemmed clusters. An extremely healthy bush with disease resistant glossy foliage. Multi award winning. 1998.

Floribunda. Beautiful clusters of stunning white blooms, with blush pink buds in spring. Exceptionally healthy plant, repeat flowering all season with moderate fragrance. Bred in NZ by Bob Matthews. Named to celebrate the 125th anniversary of St Hilda’s Collegiate School, Dunedin in 2021.

Hybrid Tea. The blooms of this delightful rose are a blend of yellow and cream with a pink flush and sweetly scented too. An upright grower to a medium height and with glossy green leaves, ‘St Margaret’s Gold’ is a worthy addition to any garden. Winner of the Best Hybrid Tea award at the New Zealand Rose of the Year trials in Hamilton 2017. PVR

Hybrid Tea. The pointed buds open to reveal creamy white, fragrant blooms with golden stamens that are displayed to perfection against the deep green glossy foliage. Named for the Wellington Cathedral of St Paul, consecrated in 1852. A lovely rose. 2003.

Floribunda. This rose definitely lives up to its name. Gorgeous smoky pink blooms are produced in large clusters throughout the season. Nice compact habit. A winner of the Gold Star of the South Pacific. Bred by Rob Somerfield in NZ, 2006. PVR.

Patio Climber. Unique patio climber with multi petal blooms of berry pink striped with cream. Rich dark foliage sets off the flower clusters borne on longer stems which are also lovely to pick for something different! Bred in NZ by Bob Matthews.
