Floribunda. This rose emanates pure charm and beauty with a delicious fruity perfume and enchanting vintage style, light blush pink blooms. Repeat flowering, supremely healthy plant, ideal for planting in any garden situation. Exclusive to Matthews Roses.

Named in memory of the late English actress, this rose was bred in England by renowned Harkness Roses.

Standard Hybrid Tea. An outstanding classic shaped rose chosen to honour the 125th Jubilee of Nelson College for Girls. The blooms are a creamy apricot tinged with pink and set beautifully against dense, glossy, green disease resistant foliage. A tall vigorous grower. PVR

Nelson Girls was bred by Chris Warner of England and named in 2006 by importer Tasman Bay Roses.

Climber - Wichuraiana rambler. A well loved and much admired rose with clusters of semi-double, soft pink blooms that are sweetly scented. The complementary foliage shows good disease resistance. Flowers continuously throughout the summer and will tolerate poorer soils and some shade. 1930.

New Dawn was voted the World Federation of Rose Societies favourite rose in 1997 - 67 years after it was first introduced - now that's special. Also has a Royal Horticulture Society Award of Garden Merit (AGM).

Hybrid Tea. Orange, golden-yellow blending. Slight pink to edges. Mild, sweet fragrance. Small to medium, double (17-25 petals), flat bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season. Glossy disease free bronze-tinged foliage. A strong growing upright plant. H.75cm SF. RP. 1982

Modern Climber. A tall Floribunda Rose with clusters of large full flowers, orange blend with good colour stability and sweet fragrance, continuously in flower throughout the season. Its large foliage is glossy, olive green and has shown a remarkable resistance to fungal diseases throughout the trails.

Bred in Ireland by David Kenny.

Hybrid Tea Std. Night Light produces a large number of lemon yellow blooms with outer petals ageing to cream. A compact bush of medium height with dark glossy foliage. Winner of the Certificate of Merit Palmerston North International Trial Ground 2017. Bred by Rob Somerfield Released 2019.

Hybrid Tea. Gorgeous two toned rose. Petals have a cream base edged in rich raspberry red giving a stunning contrast of colour. Blooms are held high on strong stems either singly or in small clusters. Lovely in a floral arrangement. Nice upright bush, with glossy green leaf.
