Patio. Bred in NZ this award winning and eye-catching rose has pretty blooms of bright pink edged in silver white described as 'hand-painted'. The blooms are produced in generous clusters throughout the season. Glossy green disease resistant foliage. Bred in NZ by Rob Somerfield. Released in 2012. PVR

This rose has a Flower Carpet seedling as one of its parents which lets you know it will be robust, hardy and easy to grow.

aka AKA Eden Rose

Climbing Hybrid Tea. Large full blooms that look like little round cabbages but oh so much prettier. The flowers are creamy white with over tones of lavender pink. Nice fragrance. Strong vigorous grower with bright green generous foliage. 1987.

FYI Pierre de Ronsard (1524-1584) was a French Poet who was popular in court about the time of Mary Queen of Scots. He was also an avid gardener. The breeder, Meilland honoured him by the naming of this lovely rose. Poetic justice wouldn't you say?

Rugosa. The pretty pink blooms on this robust Rugosa rose have serrated frilly edges a bit like a Dianthus. Leathery dark green foliage and an upright habit. Free flowering from summer through to autumn. From the Netherlands - 1923. Something a bit different to ooh and aah over. Deciduous

Floribunda. An outstanding red Floribunda with glowing red blooms from summer to autumn. The nice light fragrance combined with high health and vigor resulted in this rose being awarded NZ Rose of the Year in the 2008 trials. It's worth finding a space for. 1994 PVR.
