Hybrid Tea. It is trouble free, generous in bloom and beautiful. The shapely buds open to large, mid pink, graceful blooms that have a soft fragrance. 1954. This much admired and reliable rose is popular in the UK for hedging. Named to mark the accession to the throne in 1952 of Queen Elizabeth the II.

Floribunda. Quintessential has lots of medium pink flowers with a lighter reverse. These blooms are packed with many petals often creating an old fashioned appearance. The bush is medium height and is clothed with extremely dark foliage. It is a very healthy variety. Deciduous

Austin. If you like pink you will love this rose. Vibrant mid pink blooms with a strong fragrance are large, fully double and delightful. A healthy smaller bush, place towards the front of the bed to show to advantage. Good repeat flowering 1994.

Rambler. Give this 'Rector' a chance and he will ramble all over the parish! A charming Rose that will delight with its fragrant, semi-double blooms of white offset with golden stamens however it does need space. Flowers prolifically in summer and shows good disease resistance. Not known prior to 1912.

Floribunda Std. This delicious looking rose has large double white blooms that have been dipped in raspberry red around the edges. Very striking. Nice perfume. The bold trusses of blooms repeat well. Upright vigorous bush. Award winner. 1988.

Shrub or Climber. A vigorous rose that because of its slightly sprawling habit can be used as a climber. The glowing pink flowers are globular and cupped and quite unique. They put on a drop dead gorgeous display in late spring. Nice soft fragrance and grey-green foliage. Kordes 1936.
