Who doesn't love Rhubarb? Though the edible stalks of this large perennial are a little tart and acid, cooked up with a little sugar and an apple they are delicious. Great for jams and crumbles. Rhubarb loves to be fed regularly with compost or any well rotted organic material. The clump will respond well to liquid fertilizer as well. The crowns will get quite large and should be divided every 3 or 4 years.
