Go nutty with Hazels! 


Hazelnuts are wind-pollinated during the winter months and specific pollinators are required for each variety (see below); pollinators need to be within 20 meters of each other.

Grafted trees will bear fruit in 4 - 5 years and fruit falls from the tree and harvested from the ground during late summer. 

A good dose of nutrition high in potassium could improve the crop.
