This is a truly ancient tree. An extremely graceful specimen tree with beautiful broad fans of fern like foliage hence the common name of Maidenhair Tree. The foliage turns golden yellow in autumn and holds well on the tree until it falls cleanly to the ground. Popular for street planting as tolerant of pollution. Deciduous.
