Bleeding Heart. A beautiful dainty perennial with blue-green, deeply cut, fern like foliage. In mid spring pendent heart shaped blooms of carmine pink and white decorate the delicate stems that rise above the foliage. Needs a sheltered spot in light shade with humus rich soil to do well. Perennial.

FYI the other common name for this perennial is 'Dutchman's Trousers' but I think you will agree that 'Bleeding Heart' is more appropriate to the plants delicate look.

Dietes grandiflora is a dramatic landscaping plant when planted en masse and allowed to multiply. I've actually got one growing in a large terracotta pot which looks pretty good too.

A rare type of succulent known for its fleshy leaves. The green foliage is very highlighted with red colour tones making it appear more red than green. Red flowers in late spring and into Summer. Requires minimal water and lots of sunlight to thrive. When growing it indoors, place it on a sunny windowsill or a bright spot outdoors. Frost tender.
