This is one for the birds as they just love the yellow berries that follow the masses of white flowers at the end of summer. Compact in habit with glossy green leaves and few thorns. Grows just about anywhere and in any soil but prefers a sunny spot that isn't too wet. Evergreen.

Rhododendron. With a nice tight foliage it puts on a magnificent display lavender-pink trusses on a compact plant making it a perfect plant for the home garden. It will tolerate full sun and free draining acidic soil. Evergreen.

Gorgeous trusses of deep pink flowers which gradually fade to pale rose and almost to white when in a sunny site. This is a tall growing shrub which is sun tolerant. Suitable for most garden situations. Happiest with dappled light. Mulch around the roots annually to keep cool. Avoid Lime. Evergreen

Growing Rhododendrons

A lovely Rhododendron with dark green foliage that stays compact. It has trusses of blooms that open to a deep rose pink, fading to a light pink. This variety has proven to be more resilient to thrip. Likes a semi-shaded garden and feeding with an acid fertilizer. Evergreen.
