Tuber. Kansas is a bushy peony with huge, absolutely show-stopping fuscia-pink fragrant flowers from a good bud count, and even the golf-ball sized buds are worth noting. Flowers are double in form, and maintain their density and fullness throughout their bloom time. Deciduous.
