The flowers are very pretty in lavender mauve growing in typical Bergamot fashion. Young leaves can be used in tea or for any gourmet dish, especially fish, where a strong bergamot flavour would add interest. An attractive plant that will attract the attention of bees, as well as people, in any herb garden.
