Dwarf modern apple with beautiful bright red skin. The cream flesh has a nice texture and is firm, sweet and juicy; ripens in summer, stores well refrigerated. Grows in tidy pyramidal shape. Grafted on M793 rootstock improving tolerance to clay soils. Shows good disease resistance. Deciduous.

'Ballarat' is a heritage Apple from Australia dating back to the early 1900's. It bears large apples that are ripe towards the end of April. The fruit are green with a red blush and the cream flesh is lovely and juicy. A great apple for cooking - it stores very well too. Deciduous.

Heritage Apple with large, russeted, yellow fruit blushed red. Very popular for cooking as it has a great tangy flavour but also can be eaten fresh. Considered one of the best apples for making sauce. Ripens towards the end of autumn. Malus Crabapples are good pollinators for this apple. Triploid.

Espalier. Born and bred in Motueka around 1952 'Braeburn' has become a firm favourite in the Kiwi orchard. Crisp, firm and juicy with yellowish green skin that is broadly striped with red. Sweet flavour balanced with a moderate tartness for just a little zing. Deciduous.

Triploid. A quintessentially English Heritage Apple being the first choice cooking apple in the UK since the 1800's. The fruit is large, flattish and green, flushed red. Firm light yellow flesh that is full of flavour. Ripe towards the end of autumn.
