Hybrid Tea. Big Purple. The large blooms are a beautiful purple–magenta in color complimented of course by a huge fragrance like so many roses in this color shade. Blooms continuously from summer through to autumn. Fantastic for picking.

Hybrid Tea. Absolutely drop dead gorgeous blooms of velvety deep garnet-red from ebony black buds. Good bushy habit and dark green foliage. Delicate perfume, continuous flowering from spring through to autumn. Yum Yum you've got to have one. 1973.

Hybrid Tea. An excellent rose with healthy, disease resistant foliage, seductively scented, long-stemmed, deep purple blooms that are perfect to pick and last well in a vase. Stunning addition to any garden and bred right here in NZ by Rob Somerfield. 1996. Multi Award Winner.

Rob Somerfield says this rose is "named after the liqueur 'Blackberry Nip' that many will remember from our past. I'm afraid my memory of it is not a great one - my fault as I somewhat over indulged, now days I would choose to drink in the scent of this beautiful rose rather than the liqueur!

Hybrid Tea. Elegant buds that open into double, high centred blooms shaded a lovely deep lilac blue with a strong fragrance. Free flowering and an excellent picking rose. 1982.

Floribunda. An award winning rose that is lovely to behold. Clusters of blooms that are semi-double and shaded a beautiful clear lilac highlighted by prominent golden stamens. The strong fruity perfume will remind you of sweet apples on a warm day. Extremely healthy and blooms by the bucketload

'Blueberry Hill' was a popular song from the 1940's sung by Fats Domino and when you look at this lovely rose it will certainly be a visual symphony. 1999. PVR.

Florabunda. Coral-pink blooms with dark and brooding centres make this a stand-out rose for gardeners. Pick the blooms from Nov to April as they just keep on coming. Black spot and mildew resistance, coupled with these heavily scented bright flowers, make this rose an easy garden choice.

Floribunda. Simply eye-catching clusters of white free flowering blooms with a raspberry magenta eye. Winner of the coveted Gold Star of the South Pacific at NZRS International rose trials, this bee friendly, NZ bred persica was created by kiwi rose breeder John Ford.

Hybrid Tea. This free flowering hybrid tea has lovely large full blooms of rich cream set against dark green foliage. The blooms have a light sweet scent. Nice dense habit and shows good disease resistance. Excellent for picking and exhibition. 1988.

This rose is also known as Caroline de Monaco and was named after Princess Caroline of Monaco after she selected the rose when visiting Meilland's Nursery in France.
