A strong upright, evergreen shrub with generous, showy, creamy green flowers in Spring and small leaves. Soft felty new growth produced from conspicuous cone-like branch buds, and peeling white bark. Can be used as a screen, hedging or a beautiful stand alone specimen. Easy to grow. Evergreen.
