A great plum for fresh eating or culinary purposes as it is perfect for preserving or making jams and jellies. The medium sized fruit is round and dark red, the flesh is dark red, juicy and sweet. Crops well. Though partially self-fertile this plum would enjoy the company of 'Santa Rosa'. Suitable for warm climates, protect from late spring frosts. Deciduous.
