Who doesn't love Rhubarb? Though the edible stalks of this large perennial are a little tart and acid, cooked up with a little sugar and an apple they are delicious. Great for jams and crumbles. The stems are broad with quite a bit of green shading on the red stalks. Good flavour and produces well. aka Tree Tomato This sub-tropical fruit is closely related to the ordinary tomato and therefore needs to be grown in a frost-free position. Tamarillos also like shelter from wind, good drainage and a fairly light soil. Produces red-bronze fruit that have an acid free sweet taste. Semi-evergreen. Raspberries fruit on 2nd year 'canes' i.e. older wood. They need a support framework for the 'canes' to grow against. They love well rotted organic matter and will fruit best when given a well balanced fertiliser in early spring. -after autumn fruiting cut back the cane 1/3, and you will have a 2nd fruiting in spring

Rhubarb loves to be fed regularly with compost or any well rotted organic material. The clump will respond well to liquid fertilizer as well. The crowns will get quite large and should be divided every 3 or 4 years.
