Climber- Bourbon. This French Madame is truly beautiful. Flowers are blush white with pink shadings and are fragrant. Blooms are flat and quartered and appear in generous quantities in the summer. Loves a warm sheltered spot as when this rose is looking its finest it doesn't like getting wet. 1893.

A naturally occurring sport from the 1843 shrub rose.

aka The Dunny Rose

Climbing-Tea. A gorgeous old rose often found adorning barns, fences and out-houses hence it's common name 'The Dunny Rose'. Will tolerate some shade, one of the first roses to flower in spring with fragrant, loosely shaped blooms in shades of pink, yellow and copper. Vigorous with few thorns. 1897.

This rose flowers on 'old wood' so take care not to prune back too hard. Named after the breeder's wife. Generally healthy and disease resistant. Give it room to flourish and you will be rewarded with blooms on and off right through to autumn.

Hybrid Perpetual Climber. Velvety port-wine coloured blooms that are semi double, cupped and richly fragrant. The stems are virtually thorn-less. The blooms which repeat well do not like full sun so this rose should be given a semi-shaded position. From France in 1865.
