Floribunda. There probably aren't enough superlatives to describe this excellent white rose. The petals are richly textured with just a little blush of colour in the centre offset by warm bronze stamens. Multi award winner including one for fragrance. Disease resistant. 10 out of 10! 1978.

Floribunda. Light orange red blooms with white reverse and edges of petals. Free-flowering all summer on a healthy and compact bush. Bred by Sam McCready 1975. One of the handpainted roses, that is, it appears an artist has hand-painted the flower edges in a different colour. Lovely!

The first plant to be protected by Plant Variety Rights (PVR) legislation in New Zealand.

Hybrid Tea. A lovely rose with tight firm buds that unfold to reveal large, shapely, double, pure white blooms. With a powerful fragrance and classical shape, this is a lovely picking rose. Good strong grower. Belfast Gold Medal 1994.

Hybrid Tea. A strong rose with large swirling flowers of pure creamy white tinged with pale pink on the petal edges. Nicely fragrant and free-flowering, nice picking rose. Sturdy healthy upright bush, shows good disease resistance. 1992

Austin. This is a pretty little rose with real flower power. The soft yellow flowers are rosette shaped and have a strong fragrance. 'Molineux' has a strong resistance to disease so overall a worthy choice. Lovely for the front of the border.

Floribunda. An unusual and beautiful rose from Sam McGredy with large, beautifully formed blooms in moody tones of lilac and blue. A good strong grower that holds its shape well and repeats profusely. Unusual grey-green foliage. Lightly scented. 1991

Climber - Hybrid Musk. A great little climbing rose that I have always enjoyed growing. Clusters of fragrant creamy-white blooms appear non-stop from summer through to autumn. Nice dark stems and foliage set the flowers off really well. Generally vigorous, healthy and trouble free. 1913.

Shrublet. Simply delightful and quite unique panicle like clusters of petite pretty-pink rosettes. This easy-care rose is ideal for landscaping, can be used as a low border plant. Repeat flowering and virtually thornless! Bred in New Zealand by Carl Dibley.
